The medlog.me websites, related mobile application and services (collectively, the “Services”) are made available to you by MEDLOG LIMITED, IBC. 221400) trading as medlog.me and are subject to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”) and in accordance with the “Privacy Policy”).

By accessing the Services, you agree to comply with these Terms. By accessing, using or uploading or downloading any information or materials to or from the Services, or by indicating your assent to these terms by creating an account, clicking “Sign Up” or any similar mechanism, you are agreeing to these terms. if you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the services.

Registration and Accounts
Permitted Users

The services provided by medlog are intended solely for persons who are 18 years old or older. If you are under the age of 18 years, you may not create an account or register as a member. You must be a registered member to access the Services of medlog. You agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself (“Member Data”) and (b) maintain and promptly update the Member Data. You agree that medlog may use your Member Data to provide Services for which you have expressed interest and as otherwise set forth in these Terms. If you provide any information that is inaccurate or not current, or medlog has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is inaccurate or not current, medlog has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse current or future use of the Services. In consideration of your use of the Services, you represent that you are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of any applicable jurisdiction.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords and authentication associated with your account and for restricting access to your password, your computer and mobile device while logged into the Services. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or from your computer and mobile devices. We endeavour to use reasonable security measures to protect against unauthorized access to your account. We cannot, however, guarantee absolute security of your account, your Content (as defined below) or the personal information you provide, and we cannot promise that our security measures will prevent third-party “hackers” from illegally accessing the Services or its contents. You agree to immediately notify medlog of any unauthorized use or your account or password, or any other breach of security, and to accept all risks of unauthorized access to the Member Data and any other information or content you provide to medlog.

 
No commercial use

These services are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any Content, software, products or services contained within this website. You may not use this website, or any of its Content, to further any commercial purpose, including any advertising or advertising revenue generation activity on your own website.

 
Unacceptable activity

You must not do any act that we would deem to be inappropriate, is unlawful or is prohibited by any laws applicable to our website, including but not limited to:

  • any act that would constitute a breach of either the privacy (including uploading private or personal information without an individual’s consent) or any other of the legal rights of individuals;

  • using this website to defame or libel us, our employees or other individuals;
    uploading files that contain viruses that may cause damage to our property or the property of other individuals;

  • posting or transmitting to this website any non-authorised material including, but not limited to, material that is, in our opinion, likely to cause annoyance, or which is defamatory, racist, obscene, threatening, pornographic or otherwise or which is detrimental to or in violation of our systems or a third party’s systems or network security.

If we allow you to post any information to our website, we have the right to take down this information at our sole discretion and without notice.

Payments

medlog offers certain enhanced features of the Services which you can purchase as a yearly  subscription (“Subscription”). A description of features associated with Subscriptions is available via the Services. When you purchase a Subscription or a Product (each, a “Transaction”), we may ask you to supply additional information relevant to your Transaction, such as your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card and your address(es) for billing and delivery (such information, “Payment Information”). You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use all payment method(s) represented by any such Payment Information. The amounts due and payable by you for a Transaction through the Services will be presented to you before you place your order.  If you choose to initiate a Transaction via the Services, you authorize us to provide your Payment Information to third party service providers so we can complete your Transaction and agree (a) to pay the applicable fees and any taxes; (b) that medlog may charge your credit card or third party payment processing account, including, but not limited to, your account with the app store or distribution platform (like the Apple App Store or Google Play) where the App is made available (each, an “App Provider”), for verification, pre-authorization and payment purposes; and (c) to bear any additional charges that your App Provider, bank or other financial service provider may levy on you as well as any taxes or fees that may apply to your order.  You’ll receive a confirmation email after we confirm the payment for your order. Your order is not binding on medlog until accepted and confirmed by medlog systems LLC. All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable except as expressly provided in these Terms.

If you have any concerns or objections regarding charges, you agree to raise them with us first and you agree not to cancel or reject any credit card or third party payment processing charges unless you have made a reasonable attempt at resolving the matter directly with medlog.

Medlog reserves the right to not process or to cancel your order in certain circumstances, for example, if your credit card is declined, if we suspect the request or order is fraudulent, or in other circumstances medlog deems appropriate in its sole discretion. medlog also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take steps to verify your identity in connection with your order. You may need to provide additional information to verify your identity before completing your Transaction (such information is included within the definition of Payment Information). Medlog will either not charge you or refund the charges for orders that we do not process or cancel.

 
Fees

To access certain functionality of the Services, you may be required to pay specific fees. Specific Service fees, (along with any required taxes) will be paid at time of the transaction. Service fees, (along with any required taxes), may be paid on an annual basis. All Service fees are payable in advance. If you upgrade your membership or add new categories of service to your account, such changes may result in a new billing date. medlog reserves the right to increase Service fees, or to institute new fees at any time upon reasonable advance notice.

 
Auto-Renewal

Service fees will be billed automatically at the start of the annual period. These fees will auto-renew until your Subscription Service is downgraded or terminated. Your Subscription Service fee will be the same as your initial charges unless you are otherwise notified in advance. You may cancel your Subscription Service at any time, as described below.

 
Accuracy, completeness and timeliness of information

The information on our website, that is not data about you, is not comprehensive and is intended to provide a summary of the subject matter covered. While we use all reasonable attempts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information on our website, to the extent permitted by law, we make no warranty regarding the information on this website. You should monitor any changes to the information contained on this website.

We are not liable to you or anyone else if interference with or damage to your computer systems occurs in connection with the use of this website or a linked website. You must take your own precautions to ensure that whatever you select for your use from our website is free of viruses or anything else (such as worms or Trojan horses) that may interfere with or damage the operations of your computer systems.
