How secure is my data?

medlog uses Point-to-point SSL encryption from the server to your electronic device and we host our servers at Google's European data centers which have state-of-the-art security and privacy.

Can my family members have access to my medlog account? 

Yes, given that you have given them access by sharing your account details.

There are certain circumstances when you would want to purchase a separate medlog account. For example, if you have elderly parents whom you care for, if you are a foster parent or if you care for a disabled adult child and would need to constantly give access to caregivers.

Can I share selected data from my health information with my physician? 

Yes, as you select the export button you will have the opportunity to select which items of your health information are shared with your physician ensuring privacy for sensitive information.

Can I try medlog without paying? 

Yes, once you subscribe to medlog you have a 7 day free trial with a full refund if you change your mind. But we doubt you will!

What languages does medlog support?
